AGREEMENT: By enrolling I agree to pay all fees due by week 2 of each new term. I understand any fees that are overdue wilI have a late fee applied to the outstanding amount. I understand that 2 weeks notice in writing must be given before the start of each new term when changing classes. Term fees are non refundable, however, make up classes may be taken. Should a competition or show fall during a particular class time, refunds will not be given. I understand a $15 enrolment fee will be applied. I give permission for my child to be included in all studio and public promotional photography, video footage for advertising and social media. *
